Directions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; saute until slightly brown.
  3. Add bok choy and saute until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
