Paleo Garlic Ginger Chicken with Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 8 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 6 teaspoons peel and mince Ginger, Fresh
  • 8 cups chop Bok Choy
  • 2 cups cook and shred Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • ⅛ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper

Freezer Containers

  • 4 Quart Freezer Bags

Directions

Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; saute until slightly brown. Add bok choy and saute until slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in cooked shredded chicken and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

Freezing Directions
