Join the discussionDoes this recipe make six cookies? How many cookies are in a serving?
Tanya – I accounted for 4 cookies per serving as they are smaller sized.
I was already missing my holiday pumpkin roll, too! Then I came upon this the other day: http://glutenfreeonashoestring…
It’s not paleo, but it is GF! I thought about trying it with this paleo cream cheese: http://www.thespunkycoconut.co…
Yay!! Thanks for sharing.
These are amazing! Definitely not low-cal, but they are (from what I can tell) gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and low sodium! I made them and brought them to our office today and EVERYONE is in love with them! Thank you for sharing.
What are the calories per serving? They taste better than regular cookies!
Hi Anna, we only provide nutritional information on our diet recipes- however, we’ve heard great things about this site to plug the ingredients into. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com…
I’m wondering if I could make this with regular w/w pastry flour? (Feeling guilty for asking!)
Lol, don’t feel guilty for asking- you aren’t alone. You can use regular wheat or all purpose flour but the amounts would be different and you would need to experiment a bit. There are several sites online that talk about substituting the two- this one has quite a bit of info- http://alldayidreamaboutfood.c…. If you find a ratio that works, come back and let us know!
Can I just sub whole wheat flour for the almond flour if I don’t need them gluten free? Or might the amount be different?
