    1. From our research there is histamine in blueberries but they are on the low side of the spectrum. Use your best judgement. If you feel comfortable eating blueberries then go for it and let us know how it tastes!

    1. Hi Pam, Great question. The coconut milk helps thicken the smoothie. You can use almond coconut milk as a substitute. You might want to not add all the water in at once just to make sure the smoothie doesn’t turn out too watery for you. Hope this helps.
