Directions

In a skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and zucchini. Saute until onions are translucent. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Evenly spread pizza sauce over dough, followed by the sauteed vegetable mix, ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, oregano, basil and sea salt. Roll the dough into a long spiral, then cut into 1” slices. Place spirals on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

Freezing Directions

Divide between indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Reheat in microwave for 30-60 seconds.
