Quick and Easy Freezable Chicken Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ¾ cups dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1 ¼ ounces Taco Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons juice Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil #1
  • Serving Day Ingredients

    These ingredients are added AFTER your meal has been frozen — for the day you serve and eat it.

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil #2
  • 12 individual Flour Tortillas (6-inch/Small)

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a gallon zippered bag.
  2. Mix taco seasoning, lime juice, and oil #1, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  4. Warm a large skillet with vegetable oil #2 and place chicken in the skillet.
  5. Cook thoroughly, 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve in tortillas.
