Ingredients

  • 3 ¾ cups dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1 ¼ ounces Taco Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons juice Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil #1
Serving Day Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil #2
  • 12 individual Flour Tortillas (6-inch/Small)

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Divide chicken among gallon zippered bags.
  2. Mix taco seasoning, lime juice, and oil #1, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Label and freeze.

Make From Frozen Serving Day Directions

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.

  1. Thaw: In fridge
  2. Warm a large skillet with vegetable oil #2 and place chicken in the skillet.
  3. Cook thoroughly, 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve in tortillas.
