Slow Cooker Mango Pork

  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch Order Now!
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • ½ cups Apple Juice
  • 1 ½ pounds Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 ⅓ cups Mango, Frozen (serving day)

Freezer Containers


In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except pork and frozen mango. Place pork in slow cooker. Add sauce to slow cooker then add frozen mango. Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW 7-9 hours.

Freezing Directions

Divide all ingredients except frozen mango among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Place contents of bag into slow cooker and add frozen mango. Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW 7-9 hours.

About This Recipe

I got some inspiration from the Once A Month Mom & DOLE Frozen Fruit Menu contest entries. This recipe was an inspiration of looking at several different recipes to come up with one that worked for us. You could also substitute chicken if you aren't a fan of pork.
