  1. This looks and sounds delicious. Planning on making this weekend. Only concern is the calorie count seems extremely high for 8 servings. Can you please check that?

      1. Hi Lisa,That is so funny because that is the same site I use. However, I did notice when I placed the recipe into that sight, it calculated the bean calories as extremely high. I think it calculated them as dry instead of cooked. I did a manual calculation and it is closer to 200 calories.

  2. I manually entered it into the WW app and it came up as 4 points a serving. I too was wondering why it seemed so high. As Christy said, probably just was the calculation on the beans.
So far, I’ve eaten from the diet menu for 3 weeks and I’m down 7 pounds and all of the food has been wonderful. My kids just loved the creamy chicken crescent roll puffs.

    1. Jina! Congrats on your weight loss! It is easier to stay on track when you have the meals already prepped and you aren’t scrounging at the end of the day! Keep us posted on your progress!

  3. I’m planning on freezing this, then cooking it in my crock pot at a later date. Is the chicken I’m putting into the ziplocs bags raw or already cooked? Thanks!
