Strawberry Pancakes

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 ½ cups Pancake Mix
  • ⅙ cups Applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons melt Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 cups dice Strawberries

Freezer Containers

  • 1 Gallon Freezer Bag

Directions

In a large bowl combine pancake mix, apple sauce, coconut oil, and almond milk. Gently fold in strawberries Spoon pancake mix onto preheated skillet. When bubbles begin to appear, flip pancake and cook the other side.

Freezing Directions

In a large bowl combine pancake mix, apple sauce, coconut oil, and almond milk. Gently fold in strawberries Spoon pancake mix onto preheated skillet. When bubbles begin to appear, flip pancake and cook the other side. Transfer to a baking sheet and flash freeze. After flash frozen, divide pancakes between indicated number of gallon freezer storage bags, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Reheat in microwave.
