These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Slice goat cheese into equal disks based on the number of servings you are preparing.
- Combine ground turkey, eggs, thyme, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix to bring ingredients together, but do not over mix.
- Form meat into balls for the number of servings you are preparing.
- Divide each ball and form into two patties. Put goat cheese in between the two patties and then form into one complete stuffed patty.
- Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
