Sugar Free Fat Free Mocha Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Coffee, Brewed
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk, Fat Free
  • ¾ teaspoons Stevia, Baking (Powder)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds or small paper/plastic cups.
  3. Once partially frozen, insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze completely, about 6 hours.
  5. Serve frozen.
