Teriyaki Honey Chicken

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pounds Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • ½ cups Honey
  • ½ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger, Ground
  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves

Freezer Containers

  • 1 Gallon Freezer Bag

Directions

Place chicken in a gallon bag. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, water, ground ginger, and garlic. Pour marinade over chicken, seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Remove from marinade. Grill chicken until juices run clear, about 8 minutes on each side.

Freezing Directions

Divide chicken into indicated number of freezer bags. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, water, ground ginger, and garlic. Pour marinade over chicken, seal bag, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Remove chicken from marinade. Grill chicken until juices run clear, about 8 minutes on each side.
