  1. Slice bread slices into thirds.
  2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except sliced bread.
  3. Dip bread pieces, one by one, in the batter until coated and then place on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes turning over half-way through to ensure even cooking on both sides.
  5. When done, remove to cooling rack.

    1. Hi Amanda! You can definitely substitute the sugar with one of your favorite natural sweeteners if you like. We suggest something sweet to offset the cinnamon. You could try Stevia, coconut sugar, date sugar, or sucanat. Hope that helps! Let us know what you think.
