Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a bowl combine coconut flour, arrowroot powder, salt, baking powder and garlic powder.
- In another bowl combine water and olive oil.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until a smooth dough forms. If dough is crumbly, add a touch of olive oil.
- Divide dough into allocated number of sections based on servings. Roll each section into a bowl. Cover with damp cloth to prevent drying.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle to medium high, adding 1 tsp coconut oil per piece.
- Place one dough ball between two sections of plastic wrap and roll into a 4 to 5 inch circle.
- Remove one side of plastic and transfer to the heated skillet, being careful not to touch the dough too much with your hands.
- Grill on each side until golden brown all over and charred in places.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack.
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
