This happens from time to time when a member has been using a credit card that is now expired, or if they were issued a new credit card with the recent chip inside.

All we need you to do is log back in and click on the “add payment method” tab to update any changes that may have happened to your card. Once you’ve done that you can either 1) reinstate your membership using the change membership button on your settings or 2) write us at info@onceamonthmeals.com and we will add your membership back for you. Below are steps how to update your payment and reinstate your membership

STEP 1: Update your payment information:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and a drop down menu will appear.
  3. Select “Settings” within that menu to arrive at your “Account Settings Page”.
  4. On the right side of your “Account Settings” page, select “Add Payment Method” under the subcategory, “Account”
  5. The”Add Payment Method” will show the current card you have on file.
  6. To change the card, click “Update Card” and then fill in the information. You may need to refresh your browser after updating the information.

STEP 2: Reinstate your membership:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and a drop down menu will appear.
  3. Select “Settings” within that menu to arrive at your “Account Settings Page”.
  4. On the right side of your “Account Settings” page, select “Change Membership” under the subcategory, “Account”
  5. A new page will appear called “Choose a Plan,” where you can adjust to a monthly or yearly membership. Please Note: You will be charged a pro-rated amount when applicable according to your renewal date.

Instructions For PayPal Users:

If you are currently a PayPal user, you will need to make these changes to your payment information in your PayPal account. Once you’ve updated your payment information, PayPal members will need to contact an Once a Month Meals support team member at info@onceamonthmeals.com with your full name and email on the account so we can help you complete the process.
