Of course, I would tell you it is worth it, I’m the author after all. But what about the reader, the working mom, the busy-scheduled dad with no time to cook meals, the family who needs to save money? What would they say. I don’t normally write about every post I run across about Once A Month Mom BUT I thought that you HAD to read this post. Not because the author liked Once A Month Mom, but because it was one of the most complete reviews I have ever seen written on our site. And I didn’t ask her to post it! So if you want some honest feedback about whether this whole way of cooking is worth it, I HIGHLY recommend you head over to Hubpages and check out Lisa’s post on her recent dip into once a month cooking.
