When you open my pantry, you can see I have quite a few baking dishes which I have acquired over the years. But then you look closer and you can see the wear and tear I’ve put them through. Not to mention a few failed attempts at trying to freeze the glass dishes on a cooking day and only opening up the freezer to glass chards and a mess. Seventh Heaven Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into sections or 2 lbs of chicken breasts
- 1 cup white wine, dry
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon of paprika
- .25 teaspoon of salt
- .25 teaspoon of pepper
- .25 cup green onions, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken skin side down into your 9×13 pan or divide among two 8×8 pans. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Pour mixture over chicken, turn chicken over again. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350. You can turn up the heat in the last few minutes of cooking to brown the meat if desired.
Freezing Directions:
Place chicken skin side down into your 9×13 pan or divide among two 8×8 pans. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Pour mixture over chicken, turn chicken over again. TO SERVE: Thaw. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350. You can turn up the heat in the last few minutes of cooking to brown the meat if desired.
