Seventh Heaven Chicken with Ceramcor

When you open my pantry, you can see I have quite a few baking dishes which I have acquired over the years. But then you look closer and you can see the wear and tear I’ve put them through. Not to mention a few failed attempts at trying to freeze the glass dishes on a cooking day and only opening up the freezer to glass chards and a mess. I was very happy to hear about Ceramcor bake ware as I have always been interested in baking with ceramic but just either haven’t had the budget or really time to research it further. When I first received my six quart roasting pan I was amazed at the durability right off the bat and how great the finish looked! It happened to show up the day of my son’s birthday party and my cupcake carrier recently was sat on and broken. I looked over and started putting the cupcakes in the dish and it fit all 24 cupcakes just fine! I decided to test my theory later that week and used my foil muffin liners to make muffins in the baking dish and they were just perfectly moist and baked evenly all around! No more waiting for the muffin tin to cool or scrub out the crumbs! Then I decided to take it on an everyday test run and whip up a weeknight chicken dish. We had just returned from a trip and I had very few ingredients on hand. Once the chicken was browned I pulled the dish from the oven only to discover that it was perfectly browned on all sides and I didn’t flip the chicken once! Then the taste test, evenly cooked to perfection! Finally clean up, just a little hot water and soap removed all of the  juices that had been baked on during cooking. I was simply amazed, yes NO SOAKING! After washing, I whipped up a frittata using the remainder of our ingredients in the fridge for us to have over the weekend. I plopped it in the freezer and crossed my fingers. I pulled the dish out on Easter Sunday and low and behold, no cracking! Just my perfect little frittata ready for the family to enjoy. Finally bake ware I can trust in the freezer! The Ceramcor bake ware truly passed my kitchen tests and I hope it will pass yours as you give it a try!
