Quinoa is a great first food to introduce to your baby. Alone, it isn’t very flavorful, but combined with tasty ingredients like beef, peas and carrots, it becomes a very tasty meal for you 6-9 month old. Adding more vegetable stock or water, you can puree to the desired consistency for your child’s needs.
