Instructions

1. 1 lb. frozen green beans

Directions

1. 1/4 c. of water
2. Steam green beans until soft.
3. Puree in food processor. Then press through food mill.
4. After food mill, add water slowly until desired consistency.

Yield: approximately 13 oz (stage 1 Gerber) = 13 food cubes = 25 T
