With the grocery stores brimming with fresh fruits, now is the perfect time to stock up your freezer with delicious and nutritious options for your baby. Your 9 to 12 month old baby will enjoy this flavorful blend of strawberries, peaches and pears as a delicious fruit side or snack option. For the perfect cool down on a warm day, freeze in a popsicle mold and serve as a frozen fruit treat!
Strawberry, Pear, Peach Puree

Ingredients:
- 3 cups strawberries, cored
- 2 cups pears, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1.34 cups peaches, pitted and chopped
Directions:
Place pears and peaches in saucepan, just covering with water. Simmer gently until tender. Drain water. Transfer pears, peaches and strawberries to blender. Puree until desired consistency is reached, adding water if needed.
Freezing Directions:
Transfer to a non-freezer gallon bag. Cut a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag and use it to pour/squeeze the purees into ice cube trays. DO NOT OVERFILL. Only fill each cube up to the sides and not overflowing the sides. Cover each tray with aluminum foil and label. Freeze for at least 24 hours before transferring to quart or gallon freezer bags for long term storage. TO SERVE: Defrost in microwave or on countertop.
