Join the discussionThe meatballs were very wet – I added a bunch of panko, but in the future I’ll reduce the egg in this one. I served on rice noodles, with bok choy sautéed in ginger and hoisin, hot quick-pickled cucumber, and grated carrots. I used hoisin instead of soy on half of them and it was pretty great combination.
