  1. I wanna make this, but I’m afraid my family would find it too spicy. I’d like to replace the pepper with something that’s still going to add flavor. Ideas?

    1. Becky, we might suggest a red bell pepper instead, or a milder pepper in general. The red peppers appear to be there primarily for spice. We hope that helps!

  2. I used crushed red pepper flakes, not sure if that’s the same as the red chile pepper called for. It turned out well, so I’m happy with it. Not too spicy for me.
