I made this recipe into regular muffins and left them in the oven for closer to 45 minutes and the middle of each muffin still sort of caved in and after they cooled the paper muffin cup liners were all greasy. It tasted good if you like a gooie sort of center! I used a food scale and measured completely! I used almond flour because I didn’t have coconut flour! are they suppose to be so greasy? I was looking for something a little lighter! Any suggestions you could give me would be appreciated!

    1. Changing to almond flour is definitely fine to do and shouldn’t have made it greasy. You might check the original site (Civilized Caveman) and see the comments there to see if there are any hints. It does get great reviews so it could just be that this particular recipe wasn’t what you were looking for.
