    1. Hi Jennifer! We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t care for this recipe! The timing with the sweet potatoes could be due to the size of the sweet potatoes – so in the future, if you were to make this, we’d suggest possibly dicing them a bit smaller. The brussel sprout taste doesn’t surprise us – just in the amount that the recipe calls for – you could always increase the sweet potatoes and decrease the brussels if you prefer the next time! 🙂
