Join the discussionI am not for sure what I did wrong, but it was runny. It tasted really good, but I had a lot of liquid and it didn’t thicken up.
Sometimes with cream cheese it is good to let it sit for awhile to thicken up. Try that next time – set to saute for a few minutes, then turn off and let it sit for a few minutes. Sometimes the type of ground beef, the onions – multiple things can play a part in the amount of liquid.
Service size math isn’t so good when set to two servings. Make 1.5 – 2x what it says.
