Join the discussionThis has to be the yummiest Guinness Stew I’ve ever eaten and I’ve tried it in pubs and restaurants all over. Cubing the brisket into bite sized pieces made this so enjoyable to eat. The smells coming from the cooker had us hovering around it waiting for it to go off and the taste did not disappoint! Thanks for this recipe – it’s a new family favorite.
