  1. This recipe says to thaw in fridge for the first step, but I thought the instant pot could be cooked from frozen? …in a step lower down it does say add water and frozen contents… soooo no thawing needed?

    1. Hi Particia, thanks so much for catching this. You don’t need to thaw this meal, prep directly from frozen. We have updated this recipe.

  2. It’d be helpful if you listed the pita, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing as serving day ingredients.

    1. Hi Caitlin! Thanks for the feedback! This recipe and accompanying nutritional information is just for cooking the garlic chicken, allowing this recipe to be made so members can top and serve to preference. You may find it helpful to notate with pen or marker on your label what you would like for the serving day ingredients. We hope this helps!

  3. The “make it now” recipe on the blog you link to does not include IP times, just slow cooker times. What would be the time to cook in an Instant Pot?

    1. Good question! We have not tested a “Make it Now” version for the Instant Pot because this was a slow cooker recipe adapted as a freezer Instant Pot meal; however the cook time should be roughly the same as the time from frozen because it will take less time to come to pressure.

  4. This took almost 30 mins on high pressure. When I opened it after 15 mins high and 10 mins natural release, it was still frozen in a clump.

    1. Tammy, we’re so sorry you had trouble with this recipe! Cook time can vary with the Instant Pot depending on the size/type of IP you use, as well as the size and depth of the container you froze the meal in. Our customer engagement team would be happy to help you troubleshoot to prevent this from happening in the future!
