    1. Hi Virginia, I’m sorry the chicken was still frozen when you cooked this recipe. Do you mind sharing what freezer container you used for this recipe? We sometimes notice that the freezer container size can impact cooking time and you may need to add a few more minutes.

  1. I used a round container from the dollar store and mine was still frozen too. It was a solid block of chicken after the first 3 minutes. I think I cooked it an additional 10 minutes to finish cooking it. It was good. Next time I will add extra ginger and garlic.

  2. My chicken was still raw and some frozen, too, both times I cooked this. I used a round 64 oz freezer container like directed. I live at sea level.

Unfortunately when cooking from frozen in the IP, cooking time can vary based on size and model of your Instant Pot, and will also depend on the width of your 64 oz container (wider containers will result in thinner rounds that cook faster).
