    1. Hi Liza, we do test our recipes with test cooks before we publish them to our site for quality. You could definitely add more spices if you’re concerned. I will say I really like cooking with chicken broth in the Instant Pot. It gives a lot of flavor. I once made mashes potatoes and just cooked the potatoes in chicken broth in the Instant Pot.
