  1. Not a fan of this one. The potatoes leave a funky texture to the soup. The seasoning did not suit this. I’ll try again with no thyme.

  2. Used the base of this soup for a “Stew Starter”. So basically we used everything except the broccoli, milk, and cheese. I added venison, carrots, and celery with bay leaves, basil, a can of diced tomatoes and beef stock. And made a wonderful stew!! It was supper yummy topped with “Red Lobster biscuit-style” dumplings!
