  1. I didn’t find this edible. Some might like it, but if the ingredients sound kind of icky to you, trust your instincts.

  2. We liked this recipe, however a 4×4 piece is not a serving size… how deep is the baking dish? what about when its in Tupperware container as leftovers? how do you portion control this ??? Please provide weights like a 6oz serving this is the most accurate way to portion control. Even a real measurement like 1 cup would be much better then an ambiguous 4×4… We would make again if there is a real serving size provided but without it there is no way to know the calorie /carb count.

    1. Hi Tricia – Thanks for your feedback. We are assuming you are following our instructions to make this dish in an 8×8 baking dish. There are 4 servings per baking dish, so a serving would be a 4×4″ piece, or 1/4 of the casserole in the 8×8 dish. Our recommendation would be to freeze right in the 8×8 dish, but if you need to move the dish to another type of container, we would recommend pre-portioning the casserole into single servings before freezing so that you can easily determine what a single serving is.
