  1. There is a glitch with this one. When added to a menu, the prep instructions do not say to chop the broccoli. If you don’t plan ahead, you’ll be left with a whole head of broccoli on cooking day!

  2. So to freeze for later, the chicken is added raw? I can just imagine the chicken “juice” from overnight thawing mixing with the cream and it dies not sound appealing. Please clarify. Thank you!

    1. Hi Maria! You’ll want to use raw chicken to assemble this meal. Rest assured, all of our recipes are tested by test cooks before being published to check for quality in freezing, thawing, and cooking.   3. Wanted to love this one, but found it to be very watery when cooked, which wasn’t super appealing. Once you scooped it out with a slotted spoon to try and drain off the watery liquid, it tasted OK.
