  1. I was a little suspicious of pad thai minus peanuts and plus pineapple… But I topped it with some fried tofu and it turned out really good! Kids loved it, and even my notoriously picky partner said he liked it.

  2. Update: My last review was left when I cooked it. I subsequently froze half. (I rarely have time for full cooking days so I do a lot of cook once eat twice) and this did not turn out as good after freezing. I would honestly not recommend the RTE version. Freeze the sauce by all means, but use fresh rice noodles for serving. The frozen ones got really dry and were almost mealy in the mouth, and all the sauce soaked in so it was left as flavored noodles and chunks of pineapple.
