I apologize that I”m just seeing this. I honestly don’t remember. It was probably around 1.5 – 2.5 pounds total meat, but two separate loins. Also, since we are egg free, I used a mixture of honey and vegan butter instead of the egg.

I’m curious about using foil instead of plastic wrap to freeze and am just clarifying it’s removed before cooking?
Yes, Lita, it is removed before cooking. Foil should work just fine!
