Join the discussionLove this marinade! Broccoli didn’t survive the 30 minutes at 400.. Too mushy and a little burned, so I tossed them and steamed some frozen in the microwave. Here’s my big suggestion… After removing chicken from pan, deglaze the pan with a little water, scraping up the browned saucy bits and pour over chicken and broccoli…Soooooo good!
A double recipe is required for a meal. Compared the other 8 other recipes I made in a menu, this made the least amount of food. So instead of getting 2 meals, I only had one of this meal. That is GOOD tho! This was SO SPICY! “Spicy” should be in the title! As written, there is no way to adjust spiciness on cook day. My husband LOVES sweating while eating, and this gave him the hiccups. LOL Flavors are good tho! So I’ll make a note to adjust heat next time.
Thank you for your feedback, Beth! Just to confirm, did you happen to use a tablespoon of red pepper flakes instead of a teaspoon? This is a common error with members because a teaspoon sounds small -but with red pepper flakes it doesn’t take much! We’re glad you still enjoyed the flavored. 🙂
We found the serving size is just right if you serve it over a bed of rice. Different strokes for different folks
