Is the 8 oz cream cheese for serving day the amount needed for each of the meals? Or do I use only 4 oz and save the other half for the second meal?
Hi Ronica! 8 ounces is for the 6 servings – 1 meal. Once you place this on a meal plan and set your serving size then the shopping list and recipe cards will tell you the correct amount you will need to do a freezer cooking day (where you would divide into 2 meals). When viewing it on this post as a stand alone it is going to make the 6 servings one time.
