  1. I upped it to 5 servings. It upped my meat to 5 lbs. Either i don’t have big enough bell peppers or 5 lbs is waaaaaaaaay too much!

    1. Hi LaDawn, For the sake of efficiency, our system will automatically double the recipes for you, creating two meals for each recipe for the desired number of servings. So, for example, if you select a serving size of 5 – you will end up with a total of 10, which will serve 5 people, two times. For each pepper, you should have .5 lb of meat (10 peppers yields 5lbs of meat). If you think your peppers will be too small to fill, you can cut down on the meat a little bit. Looking at the garlic, the 4tsp of garlic was for 4 peppers. For 10 peppers, it increases to 10 teaspoons. I hope this helps!

    1. It would probably be similar to those of other stuffed peppers on the site – I’d start with high pressure for 10 minutes and see how they are at that point. Hope they do well for you!
