    1. Hi Jennifer! So sorry that your rice turned to mush on you! We would suggest bagging/freezing/thawing the rice separately next time and adding the pre-cooked rice at the very end, allowing some time for it to warm up. We hope this helps! Please let us know how it turns out for you. 🙂
