You can pull this easy dinner together with just a handful of simple ingredients and a few spare minutes! A creamy sun-dried tomato and basil spread is rolled in a flour tortilla and cut into bite sized slices for a flavorful and fast meal.
These were great. My only issue I had with this recipe as a freezer meal, was the roll up became soggy. I baked them and it solved the problem. All my guys ate them right up and didn’t mind it at all when the meal was repeated a week later. I had left over cream cheese mix so I used it on crackers and with nacho chips. Delicious!
