Step 1: Create a Custom Meal Plan

Whether you use an already curated meal plan or build your own from recipes you discover or from recipes you favorite, it is time to CREATE! You have 3 meal plan slots that include up to 5 recipes as part of your free membership.

Step 2: Purchase Membership

Do you like the meal plan you have created? Purchase a monthly, quarterly or yearly membership to access your cooking documents (grocery list, prep list, cooking day instructions, recipe cards, labels and thaw sheet) all customized to YOUR serving sizes!

Step 3: Shop, Prep & Cook!

Equipped with your custom shopping list, hit the grocery store or favorite grocery delivery. Use the prep sheet setting yourself up for cooking day success. And follow the step-by-step instructions and recipe cards to make your meals in the most efficient order possible.
