Paleo Jalapeño Chicken Burgers

When I saw these burgers a few weeks ago, I couldn’t wait to try them. Jalapeños, guacamole, burgers…they were screaming summer. The cheddar cheese and sour cream seemed like they’d be a perfect complement to the fiery taste of these Jalapeño burgers. However, dairy doesn’t fit all Paleo eaters, so I modified the recipe a tad to make it compliant with the diet. And for those of you following Whole30, it works well with that too! Win-Win!
