I really do enjoy planning the weekly menus. I have had the pleasure of being well enough to cook the last week or two also. That has been such a joy and a great feeling. I still need to get my cooking day scheduled with Cortney so that we can get some food in the freezer, but I am really enjoying all the fresh veggies from the Happy Box and working those into our cooking. Here is what we have planned for this week. . .
Menu Plan Monday
- Monday -BLT sandwiches, coleslaw
- Tuesday – Grilled BBQ Chicken, Special Potatoes (recipe coming), corn on the cob
- Wednesday – Home Church – Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti (May Menu)
- Thursday – Crock pot ham, green beans and potatoes
- Friday – Leftovers
- Saturday – Lunch – Salad with Chicken Fingers
- Dinner – Baked Ranch Chicken, Baked Potatoes, salad
- Sunday – Lunch – Leftovers
- Dinner – Out to dinner with friends
