This is our menu from the past week. I did a bit more cooking and documenting so there are some wonderful recipes in store for the coming weeks. And this week is a busy one. I hope that I can get some cooking in between all of our family gigs. I’m going to blink and the summer is going to be gone! Anyone else feel the same way?
Menu Plan Monday
- Monday – Friend’s Happy Birthday picnic, I took baked beans
- Tuesday – My version of Chicken & Noodles (recipe coming soon), mashed potatoes and corn
- Wednesday – Dinner with House Church family
- Thursday – leftovers
- Friday – Wanchai Ferry Beef & Broccoli (post about this Wed 6/16), rice, egg rolls
- Saturday – Lunch – chicken salad on crescent rolls, chips, fruit
- Dinner – At a family picnic and I am bringing. . .you guessed it! Baked beans
- Sunday – Lunch – Lunch at Jungle Jim’s
- Dinner – Tomato Pesto Stuffed Chicken (recipe coming soon – I know, I am such a tease), Ramen Cabbage Salad, fruit salad
