Ah, to have a freezer full of ready to go meals after completing my February 2010 Cooking Day. If my husband reads this he will likely reply that our freezer is NEVER empty. This is true, but they now I have ready to go meals, not just frozen meats and vegetables. At any rate, we are starting to dig into our February meals which is very exciting to me!

- Sunday – Lunch – Leftovers
- Dinner – Sloppy Joes (February 2010 Menu), Special Potatoes, Green Beans
