Talking about this website one night with my husband I realized that I needed to change the way I do Menu Plan Monday. See, when I am writing my menu plans on Monday I am thinking of great recipes I want to include or post but including them on the menu would mean that there are no links for you. And my preference as a reader is to read the menus on Menu Plan Monday that include links. After all, I am trying to get ideas. That and we are getting the Happy Box again and it doesn’t come until Tuesdays which makes it really hard to guess what we will be having Wednesday – Sunday to accommodate the fresh produce. Add to that the fact that I don’t want to lie about my menu plans. . .so what is a girl to do? I have decided to write my Menu Plan Monday as a RECAP from now on. I will be writing about what we had LAST week. It will still give you inspiration for your menus as well as let you see what it is that we are eating (and if I really use freezer meals). It will give me the freedom to plan each week, make adjustments and post great recipes. AND I will get to see if my family is staying on target for eating at home. (Now, if I can just remember!) So, here is what we ate this past week!
