Meal Plan Monday – The Post-Easter Food Coma Edition

So did you enjoy the Easter holiday and all of it’s food festivities? I mean, it has been AWHILE since we have had a true family food holiday, you should have enjoyed it. What has been, New Year’s Eve? Christmas? Since the last large family food holiday. Easter isn’t like New Year’s Eve where we kick off the beginning of the new year but the end to the holiday food feasts! It is Easter. It has been a nearly 4 month fast of large holidays. Well, unless of course you really feast it up for the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day and/or St. Patrick’s Day? At any rate, I hope that you had a wonderful Easter weekend. But I am certain that if you had any time of family feast that you likely have some leftovers you are wanting to put to good use. (Well that is unless your family includes more than one teenage boy). So here is a list of some Once A Month Mom (and a few others) recipes that might help you with your Easter Leftovers.
