Still working on the Eat From the Pantry (Freezer) Challenge this month. We spent $12.97 this week on groceries, which brings my monthly total to $34.92. That leaves $25.08 for the rest of the month. I don’t need to get much this week – just some milk for the little guy and perhaps a few staples. Here is what we are going to have this week.

Monday – Chicken Parmigiana (February Menu), easy garlic bread, peas
Tuesday – Meal being brought to us by friends
Wednesday – Meal with House Church Family
Thursday – Try new recipe using sausage
Friday – Burritos (April Menu), Mexican rice, tortilla chips
Saturday –

- Dinner – Carole’s Chili (September Menu)
Sunday –
- Lunch – leftovers
- Dinner – Beef Stew, dinner rolls, salad
