At the end of this week we are cooking our April Menu. I am not sure how it is that I am going to have enough room for all of this food! Seriously. We have A LOT of eating to do this week. And if you find that you are in need of meal brought to you, this might be a good week to hit me up for it. I NEED to get rid of some stock. So, we are eating, eating, eating out of the freezer this week. No exceptions. And I am really looking forward to the April menu. Can’t wait!
Menu Plan Monday
- Monday – Jaime’s Minestrone, Baked Chicken Fingers over salad
- Tuesday – Rescheduled dinner out with friends
- Wednesday – House Church, dinner with church family – pretty sure I am making cheesy potatoes (seeing how I accidentally bought too many hasbrown potatoes for April’s menu)
- Thursday – Shrimp with Roasted Peppers and Feta, edamame and corn
- Friday – Pizza Roll-Ups, vegetable, fruit Saturday – Lunch – Spinach Tortellini Soup, grilled cheese
- Dinner – Out to dinner with the fabulous BIG DEAL MOMS!
- Sunday – Once A Month Mom Cooking BIG DAY – eating out!
