Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

Why would I want to freeze this?
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Heat canola oil #1 in a cast iron skillet over high heat.
- Add the chicken and turn the heat down to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes.
- Remove the chicken to a plate.
- Add canola oil #2, broccoli, carrots and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the mushrooms and bok choy to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and cornstarch.
- Stir in the chicken, soba noodles and sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Seal, label and freeze.
