  • 1/3 cups dice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 2 cups grate Cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Aminos
  • 1/8 cups Chicken Broth/Stock

  • 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a skillet, brown bacon pieces over medium heat.
  2. Add green onion to skillet, brown for 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat and add grated cauliflower, coconut aminos and chicken broth to skillet. Stir well.
  4. Saute until all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
  5. Add chicken pieces and salt. Stir.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
