  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, Dried

  • 2 teaspoons Mustard Seed, Ground
  • 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 pounds Chicken, Boneless Breasts

  1. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Spray a baking rack with nonstick cooking spray, and place in the middle of the baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, almond flour, salt and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg whites.
  4. Dip pieces in egg whites, then dip chicken in flour mixture.
  5. Lightly spray both sides of chicken strips with cooking spray. Place on rack.
  6. Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
